Saint-Charles River Linear Park
Level: Beginner.
This 4.7 km linear route on the Saint-Charles River connects the Linear Park to the Notre-Dame-du-Sourire Promenade. Carried by the current, you'll discover a verdant landscape dotted with birds and discreet urban areas. Two whitewater sections and one rapid (RI) add a touch of adrenaline, while remaining accessible to beginners. A perfect trip to try whitewater and enjoy the river from a new perspective.
Notre-Dame-du-Sourire Promenade Loop
Level: Beginner.
Starting from the Notre-Dame-du-Sourire Promenade, this approximately 1.3 km loop invites you to paddle leisurely around the widening of the Saint-Charles River. With calm waters accessible to beginners, it offers a beautiful view of Brisebois Island. The rapid (RI) located further upstream limits the pace, but makes this loop perfect for a short, safe, and refreshing outing.
