Slim Dubois is a pianist specializing in blues, boogie-woogie, and swing jazz. Active for over 30 years, he has developed his style by drawing inspiration from musical traditions such as ragtime, stride, rock and roll, gospel, soul, and New Orleans rhythms. His repertoire, rich in improvisation and energy, will appeal to both blues enthusiasts and swing dancers. A regular performer at numerous jazz and blues festivals and venues in Quebec since 2002, he is currently working on his second album.
