The concept highlights regional and Quebec‑based producers. Over 20 exhibitors will be offering tastings of their specialties: distilleries, microbreweries, vineyards, cider houses, agri‑food producers, and restaurateurs. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover their creations, meet the artisans behind them, and savor all the rich flavors the region has to offer.

Beyond the tasting booths, the après‑ski lounge offers a welcoming resto‑bar zone designed to bring food lovers together around a varied and original culinary selection: a taco bar, a tartare bar, mixed Mediterranean plates (dips, olives, and sausages), and a mini‑burger station.
