In Delpha-Sauvé Park, on the shore of Saint-François Bay, the Festival des arts brings together more than 40 professional artists from all over Quebec.
This cultural event attracts overs 5 000 visitor yearly. Ms. Monica Brinkman, professional mosaic artist will be honorary president for the upcoming 2022 edition.
