The epicureans’ gourmet fair in Montérégie
Fine Gueule will take place on February 13 and 14, 2026, at Hôtel MOCO, right in the heart of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield!
Inspired by Montréal’s major food fairs and gastronomy events, the festival highlights our local terroir and regional flavours.
2026 Program
Open daily from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
More than 20 exhibitors will offer tastings of their specialties: distilleries, microbreweries, vineyards, cider houses, agri-food producers, and restaurateurs. Comedy shows, a photo booth, and live music await you!
Lounge Area
Beyond the tasting booths, the après-ski lounge features a welcoming resto-bar zone designed to bring foodies together around a varied and original culinary offer: taco bar, tartare bar, mixed Mediterranean plates (dips, olives, and sausages), and a mini-burger station.
It’s also the perfect spot to slow down between tastings: a cozy space to meet, relax, and have fun. Joker Pub Ludique will be on-site with board games from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and up-and-coming comedians will take the stage at 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM, and 9:00 PM daily for 30-minute performances.

To enjoy Fine Gueule in an even more refined way, why not try the VIP Tasting Tables? Three themes are offered (beer, wine, whisky), in the form of 90-minute guided tastings featuring three carefully crafted tapas and three alcohol pairings, all presented and commented on by a master sommelier.
