Heritage property classified since 2012, the site offers 280 meters of promenade along the shore and proposes the following services :
- Overnight stays at the transit platform with or without service, by reservation
- La Cale terrace-bar
- Shows presented on the floating stage
- Equipment rental (kayaks, pedalboats and bikes)
- Landing stage for launching small non-motorized boats open to the public (kayaks, canoes, etc.)
