Destination Valleyfield Grillade 11

Valleyfield Grillades

A true local staple and part of our "Campi" identity, Valleyfield grillades are especially popular during festivals and gatherings. Around here, BBQ season means one thing: grillades.

What is it?
Valleyfield grillades are slices of unsmoked pork belly, seasoned with a signature local spice blend and grilled to perfection.
They’re traditionally served “loose”—in a paper cone or bag, like fries—or as a sandwich on white bread with tomatoes, onions, and yellow mustard.
In recent years, local chefs have put their own spin on this beloved classic, creating delicious variations.
It’s a dish so iconic, it’s talked about all across Québec!
