Everyone is excited about the Valleyfield barbecues
Finally, a day to showcase this iconic regional dish and affirm its importance in our culinary heritage.
From June 20 to 30, a dozen restaurants will feature Valleyfield grilled meats on their menus, and several retailers will also be celebrating the event in their shops.
